I’ve always been into being active since I discovered what a ball was as a child. I played every sport under the sun. I didn’t however, always want to be a trainer or a coach. I first followed in my families footsteps, beginning my undergrad studies in biochemistry. I learned that my passion for fitness & my future profession in health had glaring inconsistencies.

I saw firsthand remarkable cutting edge innovation in health technology. New ways for curing diseases that were once thought to be untreatable. My mother was even on the team of scientists who created the first ever AIDs treatment! My own brother, is at the final phases of his PhD in organic chemistry, where he was able to find a new way to eliminate cancer cells from the body that hadn’t been done before. This is amazing stuff that I still love to learn about and still believe is invaluable. But it left me wondering!

We know more and more about what it means to be a healthy human every day. We know how to treat diseases we couldn’t before. Yet when you look at the data, we’re secretly in a health crisis. A serious one. And not just physical health, but mental health too.

That is precisely why I shifted focus. Instead of trying to help treat diseases that people already had, I made it my goal to prevent them from getting them in the first place. It’s my goal to help people live longer, healthier and happier lives.

That the foundation of why I founded BioFitMobile. I know how busy life is. I know things get in the way. I sought out to create a way to allow people get on top of their health without having to commit so much time and energy into it. Both the fitness and science of modern health.

Modern medicine is amazing. Not needing it as much is even better.
