How It Works: Following a free consultation to get to know your objectives & what change you are seeking, we create a training program tailored to fit your needs. You can choose to train between 1-5 times per week. Each session is an intensive, dedicated 45-minute workout personalized for your lifestyle, body and taste. We meet you at a location of your choice, whether that’s home or at a local park or beach if you enjoy training in nature.
We come prepared with the equipment, the motivation, and the framework. Whether the goal is strength, fat reduction, mobility, or simply an improved day-to-day quality of life, we tailor each workout to keep moving you forward. Each client is different and so are each of our training sessions.
This is how you get in tune with your health, instead of tuning in once there is an issue.
Private Personal Training is our introductory service meant for individuals who prefer professional fitness instruction without the hassle of a regular box gym.
